The first rule of marketing is…

Know your audience.

Triangul8 turns your first-party data into real, verified personas -- then writes, scores, and publishes content built to convert them, channel by channel, including your own website.

Nine tools do pieces of this today. Triangul8 is the one that does all of it, in a loop that keeps sharpening itself.

Real data in. A precise persona out.

The Triangul8 Method

Watch it run. First we tally your data. Then we build the persona - and every line that connects lights up the source that helped shape it.

Scroll in to begin…

The old way, for comparison: 0 data points, an annual workshop, one generic profile for everyone.

3 of 47 personas that came out of that run

Not stock photos, not a guess -- each one is a real, sized cluster of customers. These are illustrative; yours are built from your own data.

Fit-first denim loyalist

Ecommerce · 980 customers · High priority

Reads reviews before trying a new fit. Leads with consistency and real-customer photos, not price.

Champion evaluator

B2B · Early-stage researcher · Internal influencer

Researches alone before looping in the team. Needs proof points she can forward, not a demo pitch.

Deal-triggered repeat buyer

Email & lifecycle · 3-4 orders/yr · Promo-responsive

Opens flow emails, waits for a threshold discount. Subject lines that bury the offer lose her.

A persona is rarely just one thing

Zoom into "Fit-first denim loyalist" and it isn't one profile -- it's a cluster with three distinct sub-segments inside it, each worth a slightly different message.

Three signals. One precise persona.

Most personas are written from a guess -- a handful of assumptions dressed up as a customer. Triangul8 starts from what your customers actually did: what they bought, what they searched, what they opened, what they clicked.

Cross-reference enough of it, from enough angles, and a persona stops being a guess and becomes a coordinate. And it's never just a handful: the engine builds as many statistically distinct personas as your data supports, not the five generic ones a workshop has time to name.

Triangulation diagram Three data source points are connected to each other by dashed lines showing correlation, and connected by solid animated lines that converge on a single central point labeled persona. CRM & orders Ads & search Email & social Persona

Dashed: sources correlate. Solid: they resolve to one persona.

The gap in the market isn't capability. It's fragmentation.

Every piece of this already exists somewhere. What doesn't exist, in most marketing stacks, is a single system where all of those pieces share the same data and the same loop.

The stack most teams actually run

  • Identity resolution / CDP -- Stitching CRM, orders, and email into one customer record
  • Persona research -- Workshops, interviews, or an agency deck that goes stale in months
  • SEO content tooling -- Keyword and content-brief tools for search-only optimization
  • AEO / GEO tracking -- A separate tool for watching AI-answer share of voice
  • Email platform strategy -- Segmentation and subject-line testing bolted onto the ESP
  • Marketing automation -- Workflow and scheduling tools with no persona of their own
  • AI copywriting -- A general-purpose writing assistant with no persona or brand memory
  • On-page content -- A CMS with no idea which persona is reading a given page
  • Analytics / BI -- A dashboard that reports what happened but never feeds it back in

Nine logins. Nine exports. Nine places the "know your audience" thread can quietly snap.

What Triangul8 replaces it with

One system where identity resolution, persona intelligence, AEO/SEO, email, marketing automation, and on-page content all read and write to the same data layer.

Not because any single piece is impossible to build elsewhere, but because the value was always in the handoffs -- and handoffs are exactly what point solutions can't share.

Real data in. A precise persona out.

Know your audience. It's the first rule of marketing - and the one most tools skip.

Every marketing playbook opens with “know your audience,” then quietly moves on, because the tools underneath were never built to actually do it. Personas get written in a workshop, frozen in a slide, and ignored within a quarter. Triangul8 doesn't skip it: real, first-party data goes in, a verified persona comes out, and it stays current as your customers change - before a single word of content gets written.

The old way

Guesswork dressed up as a customer

  • A handful of assumptions from a workshop
  • One generic persona for everyone
  • Written once, then frozen on a slide
  • Measured in likes and impressions
vs
The Triangul8 way

Personas built from what customers actually do

  • Clustered from real purchase & behavior data
  • As many distinct personas as your data supports
  • Re-cut automatically as customers change
  • Scored on revenue, conversion, and CPA

Real data, not guesswork

Statistically validated clustering, re-cut as your customers change - not a one-time workshop artifact.

Decades of channel scoring

A scoring system built over 27 years of channel work - it judges content the way each channel and each buyer actually do, because it was built by people who had to answer for the results.

Revenue-rooted, not cosmetic

Conversion rate, revenue per send, cost per acquisition - the metrics a P&L respects, never likes and impressions alone.

One loop, always refining

Data becomes a persona. The persona shapes content for a channel. The channel's performance is new data. Every send, every click, every sale sharpens the next persona -- and the next piece of content. Rinse and repeat, automatically.

The continuous refinement loop A single continuous infinity-shaped curve colored with a teal to violet gradient. An animated point travels around the loop. The top of the loop is labeled triangulate, the crossing point is labeled learn, and the bottom of the loop is labeled scale, with a note that results feed back into the data continuously. Triangulate Data becomes a persona Learn Scale Pushed to the channel ↻ channel results feed back in -- continuously

Connects to the tools you already run

Data flows in from your CRM, commerce platform, and ad accounts. Approved content flows back out to the same places - as drafts, never live without you.

Triangul8 Frequently Asked Questions

How is Triangul8 different from a general AI writing tool?

A general AI writer has no idea who it's writing for beyond the prompt you type. Triangul8 starts every piece from a persona built on your real customer data, scores the draft against that persona's priorities and your category's best, and enforces your brand rules before a human reviews it. The writing is the last step, not the whole product.

What data do we need to get started?

At minimum, a customer or order history you can export. The more first-party sources you connect - CRM, orders, email engagement, ad and search data, on-site behavior - the sharper the personas. You can begin with a flat-file or CSV upload and add live connectors later.

Do we still need our SEO tool, CDP, or ad platform?

You'll keep your ad platform and CMS to hold and serve content - Triangul8 publishes into them. What it typically replaces is the separate CDP, persona research process, SEO content tool, and AI writing assistant that sit between your data and those platforms.

Does Triangul8 build our website, or just content for it?

Content for it. The Website Content and SEO/AEO/GEO solutions generate persona-targeted landing pages, category pages, and product copy that draft straight into your existing CMS - you keep full control of your site and when anything goes live.

How many personas will we get?

As many as your data actually supports - there's no artificial cap at three or five. The engine tests multiple clustering approaches and keeps every group that clears a minimum viable size, so a rich customer file can yield dozens of distinct, addressable personas.

How does the content keep improving over time?

Performance from every channel - opens, clicks, conversions, revenue - flows back into the shared data layer. That sharpens the personas, which sharpens the next brief and the next piece of content. It's a compounding loop, not a one-time generation.

What does “GEO / AEO” mean, and why should we care?

GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) structure content so it can be cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews - not just ranked in classic search. Triangul8 writes one page that serves traditional SEO and GEO/AEO at once and tracks your visibility across them.

Which channels can Triangul8 create content for?

SEO/AEO/GEO content, website and landing pages, product and category pages, organic and paid social, paid media (search and programmatic), and email - all from the same persona set, so messaging stays consistent across every touchpoint.

How long until we see personas and content?

Most teams review real personas built on their own data within the first couple of weeks of onboarding, with first content drafts shipping shortly after - once data sources are connected, fields mapped, and brand rules loaded.

Is our data secure, and who owns the personas?

Your data stays yours, and so do the personas and content built from it. Triangul8 processes your first-party data to build and refine personas for your account only - it isn't pooled or shared across customers.
